The staff proved helpful . They responded quickly to all requests. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed sitting in the Smugglers bar.
My room lacked proper sound insulation, unfortunately. I could clearly hear conversations from the bar below until midnight. Bathroom sounds from the adjacent room were also easily audible.

terrible water pressure loose tap
The breakfast had a good selection. The staff were very willing and friendly.
I was disappointed with the dated bathroom. There was a shower attachment over the bath set in an awkward alcove. Water pressure was terrible. The taps on the sink were loose. The whole tap turned when I tried to use it.
